Built a component-driven layout with Tailwind CSS utility classes, organizing the page into clear sections — hero, highlights, featured jobs, categories, services and statistics — for fast scanning.

Built component-first: shared layout and UI primitives came first, then feature flows were layered in and connected to data — keeping the codebase easy to extend as scope grew, and every view responsive by default rather than retrofitted.
